As Executive Wives, we often find ourselves navigating unique challenges and opportunities, balancing our roles as feminine leaders in our own right while supporting our husbands' high-level careers. Though we come from different backgrounds - Indian-Dutch woman in the Netherlands, and a Southern Belle from South Carolina - we share a common bond. It is in this spirit that we are joining forces as fellow executive wives from across the globe!(The story of how Lori B. found me and how we started this journey is quite astonishing, by the way.)Together, we are creating a podcast that brings relevant conversations to Executive Wives. Joining forces, we aim to provide perspective, support, and inspiration to you as an Executive Wife because we get it. We know what it's like to want what you desire, be successful at getting it, and still want more because you just do and you don't want to apologize for that. We begin with collaboration because it gets you further faster: together we are strong! Therefore, we invite you to join us on this journey of growth, leadership, and empowerment!Stay tuned for the launch of our transformative podcast, where we will explore the joys and challenges of being an executive wife in today's world. Together, we rise! #ExecutiveWives #CollaborationOverCompetition #LeadershipJourney #EmpoweredWomenBen Drost Geethanjali Yalakurthi Ashmita Krishna Sharma Gretchen Ozee Cawthon

Collaboration equals innovationCelebrating a win and seeking insight! Introducing Lori B. and myself in a new upcoming partnership. We met by the magic of Google because Lori was in search of someone, already involved in the field of executives wives coaching. We struck a relationship and now want to collaborate on a project that will add value to our audience of Executive Wives. This audience is seeking community and strategic ideas for expanding their reach and influence. Therefore we want to uplift, encourage and support executives spouses. This is an exciting endeavor and we both see how far reaching this can be! A question to you, dear connections:While creating agreements and partnerships: what do you consider as the most critical considerations to include… or even to contemplate before moving forward? You are very welcome to share your thoughts with us!#executivewives #ceos #coachingspouses

Namaste, sometimes called namaskar and namaskaram, is a customary Hindu manner of respectfully greeting and honouring a person or group, used at any time of day.The gesture is widely used throughout the Indian subcontinent, parts of Asia and beyond where people of South and Southeast Asian origins have migrated. Namaste is used as a respectful form of greeting, acknowledging and welcoming a relative, guest or stranger. In some contexts, namaste is used by one person to express gratitude for assistance offered or given, and to thank the other person for his or her generous kindness. It expresses politeness, courtesy, honor, and hospitality from one person to the other. It is used in goodbyes as well.I often use this form of greeting in workshops by inviting the participants to acknowledge each other by bowing and looking in the eyes instead of having a standardised introduction by talking. A deeper connection in a short time is the best result to continue the relationship. 🙏🏽#namaste #Indiantradition #culturaldiversity
